What to Expect During Your First Visit
Your first appointment gives us a chance to learn more about you and your oral health. We will review your dental and medical history, discuss any concerns, and examine your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health. We may also recommend digital X-rays when needed to give us a clearer view of areas we can’t see during a regular examination.
Before your visit, you can complete Rosegate Dental Centre’s online New Patients Form. The form asks for contact details, medical and dental history, insurance information, and any dental concerns you would like us to know about.
After the examination, our team will explain what we found and discuss any treatment options that may be appropriate for you.
Insurance and Payment
Rosegate Dental Centre can contact your dental benefits provider to ask about coverage and submit claims on your behalf. Our team can also assist with information or requests from your benefits provider. Coverage depends on your individual plan, so information received from an insurer is not a guarantee of payment.
We discuss treatment fees and financial arrangements before treatment, and patients are responsible for fees at the time of service. We accept cash, cheque, debit, and credit card payments.

Modern Dental Technology
Rosegate Dental Centre uses digital imaging to support assessment and treatment planning. Depending on your needs, our team may use intraoral digital X-rays, panoramic X-rays, or cephalometric X-rays to gather more information about your teeth, jaw, and surrounding structures.
Our clinic is fully digital and also uses a 3D scanner when clinically appropriate.
Convenient Care for Your Family
We provide dental care for patients at different stages of life, from children to seniors. Our Oakville clinic offers general, cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic, implant, and children’s dental services.
Patients can request an appointment online, making it easier to start planning their visit. If you experience dental trauma or tooth pain, we also offer same-day emergency dental care.
